Love the flavor, Seems to work — Maybe?,
I haven’t changed anything in my diet. I am taking a teaspoon of this before each meal. I used it in my oatmeal as an alternative sweetener and it was very tasty.
From everything I have read recently about yacon syrup being a healthy prebiotic for your gut, I would take this even if there isn’t a positive impact on my weight. (Or would a loss be a negative impact?? Whatever)
Other reviews I’ve read says that the syrup tastes like chocolate. I don’t get that. To me it has a very sweet anise flavor. I like it.
