Great game, easier to follow real people instead of avatars, November 6, 2013

I bought this the day it came out because I’m a big Zumba fan and I was intrigued by the real instead of avatar people. I’ve played it twice so far, just in 20 minute increments and I have to say, so far I love it. The classes have a good mix of songs and movements and they are very enjoyable. I’ve previously played some Core and a lot of Rush, which are also great choices. I’ve also played the DVDs. I did have some trouble with Core because the movements hurt my back last weekend. In World Party, there seems to be a better combination of movements, slower hip stuff, which so far seems better for my back as well as definitely does still engage the muscles.

Having real people to watch helps immensely. While the avatars were good and they did the best they could, they didn’t replace real people. It’s easier to follow their movements. I highly recommend this game. It’s like having DVDs {because of the real people}, but still being able to mix and match, have a lot of class choices and have feedback.

Decent game, but it seems buggy., November 22, 2013

The dances are eye candy and I was pretty excited of the game. But the tutorial part is too short and I wish the full break down of the moves are offered like Dance central 3. I don’t want to just blindly follow the instructors. Hope more tutorials can be added during the future update. There is one problem bothers me a lot. The screen freezes black sometimes when I start the game. It only happens with Zumba world party and other games works fine on my new xbox 360 E. I got the games from the game on demand so I think it’s a game bug. I also tried to download the game multiple times, but the black screen problem persists. Anyone also encountered this?

When I insert the CD in console, it makes the screen blank.. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I am disappointed. I have gone through the reviews and found that one more customer is facing the same problem.
