Two Women and a Book Review
Great read, fantastic from cover to cover,
I was quite surprised at how in-depth the author went into detailing vitamins, minerals and what they were, what they were for. The RDI (recommended daily intake) was so easy to understand, broken down to men, women, teens, children. That categories were a huge help. Vitamins for healthy skin, eyes/vision, pregnancy, healing, boost immunity and more. For me, standing in front of the vitamins, minerals, supplements can be overwhelming and not knowing much about them I didn’t know what to take or the right choice for me. Upon finishing this book, I am equipped with the knowledge to pick the right supplements for me. I give the author an outstanding A+ for all the effort that went into writing such a detailed book.

Awesome information!,
As a chef, alternative health researcher and consumer of nutritional supplements, I found this book to be very helpful. I really liked the details about each vitamin and supplement and the benefits they offer. As a regular shopper of nutritional supplements, I feel well equipped now to understand how to make an more informed choice at the health food store in terms of my needs and make sure I’m taking the right amount too. Also an excellent book to add to your library to look up info again and again.
