Being a science and fitness enthusiast has helped me throughout my life in finding the better supplements out there. I’d like to say that I have a great amount of experience with what works and what does not work. For me, having some scientific knowledge about a product is what pushes me to buy or not to buy. I am a college student in the medical field finishing up this year and on track to become a Neurologist. I have been exposed to all of the knowledge necessary to understand the buildup of supplements and researched further based on personal interest. However, along with a scientific review should come a personalized review. As long as I can gather both, I can make my conclusion about the product(s).

So…. Where do we begin?

Lets break these products down into an evaluation of if they are good or not

I am going to enjoy this review because SHREDZ appears to be have made a significant impact and it is a fairly new company that just emerged in the health and fitness world. People are usually skeptical about products that new companies put out. I tried this to experiment with a new brand and expected to wave this off as another “wannabe” fly-by-night company with weak products. Skepticism is plausible but is something I threw away once I tried this “Alpha Male” stack.

If you look at the ingredients list of all the items given, it is clear that most of these ingredients are naturally derived and only a few are chemically added. This is really the best way to go about making supplements (more organic than chemical ingredients). The organic makeup of these ingredients allows for greater absorption by the body and enables it to use these ingredients to help signaling pathways while working out and while at rest.

The first product is the SHREDZ Testosterone. A lot of people see testosterone and immediately think “STEROIDS!!” but that is not the case at all with this product. Testosterone can be boosted with certain organic ingredients that target the pituitary gland to release it in order to help with workouts and for better body aesthetics. A lot of testosterone boosters that people buy are called pro-hormones but calling this a pro-hormone is far from true. These are simply organic ingredients that help boost testosterone without the need to take an Organ Support to keep your liver safe and a PCT which stands for a post-cycle therapy supplement. The only downside to the Testosterone by SHREDZ is it took me a little while to feel the effects but since it kicked in it has been promising. This is one of the best natural testosterone boosters I’ve tried so far that leaves no harm to the body besides badass gains and a sexy look, at least I’d like to think it helped me get a bit sexier!

Next up is the SHREDZ Multivitamin. Having the multivitamin along with the testosterone is a great way to keep your body healthy and give it the natural nutrients it needs. Contrary to popular belief, the body DOES need vitamins because the eating habits of the modern day average person do not provide the necessary nutrition for healthy growth and maintenance. There’s quite a few really good multivitamins on the market right now so I don’t know if I would say this is the best out there but I will go as far as saying it has a lot of the great ingredients that will help with metabolic rate and with losing fat. Most multivitamins don’t include the extras this one does and you would have to purchase them as separate supplements if you wanted them. With additional ingredients like Raspberry Ketones for non-stimulant body fat decrease, African Mango for help with cholesterol, Echinacea to boost immunity, and Lychee Fruit Extract as an antioxidant to help with digestion, it is almost common sense this particular multivitamin gives you the most bang for your buck. The only downside is I personally prefer a higher concentration of B1 and B12 in my multivitamins but I’m willing to compromise for the extra ingredients.

The next one is what seems to be the fan favorite, the SHREDZ Fat Burner. Everyone is wondering if it works or is just another fluke out there. There are A LOT of success stories floating all over the internet with this product so I had to try it for myself. I usually get cold easy and find myself wearing sweatshirts and hoodies to class and work. When I took this burner I literally felt the burn inside my chest and it had me sweating. This product apparently has a lot of caffeine also so I was curious about the effects it would have on my energy levels. I can’t say I was jumping out of my shoes but I was definitely not tired throughout the day which I usually am due to sleep deprivation. I also have to say the makeup of the burner itself is quite impressive. It has Dendrobium which is used as a pre-workout and is basically use to mimic amphetamines without the harmful effects. works but slower than expected, April 21, 2014

I see results but not as fast as i was hoping. I bought the six pack stack and still don’t have sick packs, but have lost some of my gut. I don’t know if i buy again unless i see improvement by next week.
