I’ve seen the light,
What an amazing product! I’ve been using this creatine monohydrate along with my P90X recovery drink. In the past 6 days I’ve been loading, I’ve noticed huge differences in endurance and power in which I complete my exercises. I’ve gotten a bit more defined, even. 😀
There aren’t any major side effects to this product, either! I’ve been going to the bathroom a lot more, but that’s just because of the water intake needed when dosing Creatine. Other than that, I haven’t had any problems. 🙂 in fact, since taking it, I don’t feel nearly as much soreness from working out. It’s hard to restrict myself from weights. Right now, I feel like I could do weights twice a day! But I’m trying to prevent serious injury.
As for loading, I found the best way to be the 3 days of loading, then 3 days of no creatine. I’ve read that this might increase the rate of muscle tissue development. When I don’t use the recovery drink, I dose creatine with cranberry juice. Creatine isn’t really “flavorless”. I’ve noticed it smells like fish, and tastes quite bitter.
I heard that using it with NO-Xplode was another great way to get results. But, after reading NO-Xplode reviews about the liver enzymes, I’m taking the safer path. 🙂
Overall, would I recommend this product?
Definitely!

Great Product,
I have tried other creatine supplements before, including the “micronized” forms. But for whatever reason, this product seemed to do a better job. I could definitely see the increase in strength with my workouts, but others commented consistently on the incredible muscle “pump” during the workouts. At times it almost felt like my skin was about to tear. After stopping use of the product for 2-4 week rest periods as recommended, I didn’t get the same pump, but I seemed to keep most of the strength gains. Definitely feel it was worth the money. Especially since it is reasonably priced.
