When I first started taking NO, it didn’t do very much too me when drinking it 1/2 hour before a workout. In fact it just kept me awake all night after my late workouts. A lot of my friends receive a lot of instantaneous energy and focus, but with me I receive a very gradual boost of energy. If I drink a dose around lunch time, when my afternoon tiredness at work kicks in, I am a lot more awake and pumped for my workouts in the early evening. I would recommend that you first try the smallest tub and take it at different times in the day to see when it works the best.

Tastes great but it’s a little sweet. Gives you extra energy to push those last reps out when your nearing the end of your workout

Love this stuff,
I love NO Xplode, been using it since high school and I’ve tried other products but this is the best. I took a gamble trying the Green Apple flavor, as some of BSN’s flavors have been terrible, but I really liked it. I rank it up there with the Fruit Punch flavor.
