Great protein content with amazing flavor,
I recently took on a much more intense regimen of Muay Thai, 5 days a week, and am now in the best shape of my life. I feel amazing all the time, even when I’m so obliterated I can’t move. Syntha 6 has really helped in slapping on/maintaining some solid muscle and fits in great with my stack of BELDT: Force Thermogenic and PULSS: Premium Nitric Oxide Load, both awesome for keeping the sweat high, the fat low, and the pumps tight.
As far as flavor, the chocolate milkshake Syntha 6 is by far the most impressive of any protein I’ve ever used. It actually tastes like chocolate milkshake. It also tastes way better than Muscle Milk (remember when that stuff was all the rage?), has 3g more fiber and 6g more protein per serving. It also mixes incredibly easy, even with a Blenderball, and doesn’t get all clumpy.
Some people have mentioned that they prefer it as a meal replacement with something different as a post-workout protein, and I can see their point, but I still use it between breakfast and lunch as a meal replacement, and also as a post-workout, and still get everything I need. Great product.

Let me start off by saying I’ve tried literally every form of protein out there, I worked at GNC for abt 2 years so I always got to try new stuff when it came out, I’ve found that syntha 6, for the cost, is one of the best tasting/mixing proteins out there. Also has good quality protein and a decent amount of daily nutrition, with that being said the 3 stars is only because of the taste and disappointment of the vanilla.
Well I took a risk and changed flavors, went from chocolate milkshake to vanilla because I thought I would give myself more variety for smoothies. Wrong. Vanilla (and this is most def personal opinion) tastes funny with milk, I have to mix it with water to get the desired texture or consistency. Also the taste is just such a disappointment because the chocolate milkshake set such high standards . I will be switching back to chocolate milkshake or I will be ordering a new type of protein. I used whey gold for years but syntha 6 ft me with the taste. I would use hydrowhey but its too exspensive. Muscle milk has too many fats and not enough nutrition, so many new proteins that come out are using cheaper product and claiming to be ultra syththesized or ultaformulated to help protein synthesis breakdown, all bs. Do some research on your products before you buy them, and if at all possible get most of your daily protein from fish, turkey, chicken and various nuts to avoid having to supplement with powder protein.

Delicious, nutritious and HUGE,
This is the first protein powder I’ve purchased on Amazon. I have purchased protein powders in the past from another site and they were pretty good, but I figured a change of pace is always a good thing so I went for the Syntha-6 five-pound container of Vanilla Ice Cream flavored protein powder.
I’ve been using it regularly for a month and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have noticed an increase in energy when I use it to mix up a recovery drink for during and after my cardio workouts. I do P90X workouts and this stuff is perfect for mixing up with a smoothie after I do one of the weight routines.
This stuff is so delicious it’s hard to believe it’s healthy. I look forward to my workouts partly due to the fact that I get to consume this stuff. I have mixed it with water in a plastic water bottle and have had no trouble with clumping (separation of the powder and the water). I have also used the powder in fruit smoothies and it makes them even more smooth and delicious. It also has a really great aroma and tastes and smells very much like vanilla ice cream.
The five-pound container is HUGE. I use roughly a scoop a day and I’m sure it will last me for several months. The only downside I can see for buying such a big container of the stuff is that I might get tired of the flavor after a couple months, but I don’t foresee that being a problem with this stuff because it is THAT tasty.
