I’m 23 years old and have used many different creatines over the past 6 years and I’ve never been happier with the results, than I have been after finishing this product. Amplified Creatine 189 blows other BRAND NAME creatines out of the water. Not only were the results great, but you also get 2 months of product. For the first week I doubled the dose and took 4 a day, but from there on out I just took 2 right before my workout. It increased energy as well as stamina.
