I love Peter’s work, he has knowledge in almost about anything..
I believe How to build muscle on a raw food diet is the best book out there you can find about the topic.
I have read a couple books from some called experts, but none as explicit and technical like peter’s book. This book opened my eyes, not only it is Its full of recipes and workouts but it also gave me a whole new world of understanding about my muscles.
This book is a must read if you want to build any muscles. Thank you Peter and Amazon!

Another great book from Peter,
I have read several of Peter’s books and I am blown away by the amount of knowledge this man has. He has natural ability to make topics that may seem complicated easy to understand. This book is another easy read, filled with many exercises and many great recipes. Anyone who wants to build muscle needs to read this book. Keep sharing your wisdom with us Peter we love you.
