This product helps me sleep real good. I drink one of these and I go right to sleep. It also works to KEEP me asleep as well. If it works for me, it will work for you, as I’m ‘poster boy’ for not being able to sleep. I like that this product is sweetened with stevia, a natural, no calorie sweetener. It does not have a chemical taste like 5 hour energy.

Really good “RELAXATION” shot,
I’ve been using this product once a week for the past year. I only need it on Sunday nights when I want to get to sleep early for work Monday. I have found that this product works great, but only as a relaxation shot. I suspect some of the bad reviews may be because this is not a sleeping pill. It does not knock you out. It allows you to unwind and maybe become a little drowsy. If you’re not already at the end of the day, you may not feel anything. There is no active ingredient, just vitamins and supplements. This includes Valerian, which is known to cause vivid dreaming. These dreams have never affected my sleep, but I’m definitely more aware of them in the morning than usual. If this bothers you, you should switch to something without Valerian. To best use this product, take I take it 20 minutes before I plan to go to bed. I start turning off lights and maybe finish a sitcom (nothing too serious). After 20 minutes, I’m ready for bed and generally fall asleep shortly after.
