Lipozene and Chili-Dogs don’t mix!,
I have been taking Lipozene for 3 days now and here are my thoughts.
1: It does what it’s supposed to do. It makes you feel fuller faster and crave snacks less.
2: It makes you want to change your eating habits. I find myself wanting smaller portions and not having seconds.
3: If you try to eat like you always have YOU WILL PAY! I took the 2 pills then ate 2 chili-dogs. I soon spent about 45 minutes on the toilet. It does not like over-eating.
4: There have been no adverse side effects. I am not shaky, wired, restless, overly thirsty, bloated or tired. I feel the same as I always have, just eat less and am drinking more water.
5: I am losing weight!

Well, what can I say…,
I purchased these because I wanted to add a little boost to my new diet and workout routine. The product so far hasn’t lied in the fact that it does make me feel full faster. However I’m kicking myself in the butt because I didn’t do enough research. After getting the product I went online to research on the ingredients only to find that the main ingredient can be purchased from local stores such as walmart and target for less then half of what they are asking for this product. I’ve purchased them both at this point and they have both been successful in making me feel fuller. So my advice do more research don’t spend extra money when you don’t have to.

Lipozene works IF your problem is overeating!,
I honestly didn’t anything would come of trying Lipozene – because everyone says diet pills don’t work. I’m a person who is overweight because I’m an emotional eater and when I go through rough patches in life, I’m ALWAYS hungry. The weight just keeps piling on because I’m always hungry. I do exercise almost every day, but the exercise doesn’t do much when my calorie intake is so high. I didn’t do any research on Lipozene prior to buying it. I found it in my mom’s house (sometimes she leaves things there for me to ‘find’) and thought, ‘what the hell, trying can’t hurt.’ I wasn’t actually sure what it was supposed to do, I just knew I had seen the commercials. I didn’t want to waste pills, so I’ve only been taking one dose(two tablets) a day. I noticed that I was going hours and hours between eating – I was hardly hungry (compared to my normal appetite) I’d have a meal at 6 or 7 and I could go the rest of the night without food (12, 1 a.m) So there has been a great deal of change in my appetite since taking Lipozene. In the last week, I’ve eaten half of what I’m used to. I’ll post another review once the bottles are gone, hopefully by then I’ll be SEEING the results too!
(Ladies, mind you, I started this about 3 days before my period – and I don’t know about you, but I always eat like a pig right before/on my period – and I’m eating half of what I do on a non period/crazy-hungry day)
NOTE: I see a lot of negative reviews by people who eat healthy, exercise, and only want to lose 10, 20 lbs. You don’t NEED the curbed appetite overeating isn’t your problem – THAT’S why a pill targeted toward people who eat too much doesn’t work for you. Because over-eating isn’t the reason you’re overweight. This isn’t a pill to make you anorexic. You’re SUPPOSED to eat on the pill. You’re just not supposed to feel the need to eat seconds and thirds and fourths. People who keep eating, even though their stomach is full. You normally eat one meal a day and the pill hasn’t done anything for you? Because your body needs that one meal a day. No pill will tell that your stomach doesn’t need food when it does need food. It’s not that Lipozene isn’t working, it’s that you don’t have a problem with overeating.
The commercial states “This isn’t for people who only wanna lose a few pounds” because it WON’T WORK for people who only wanna lose a few pounds because their problem ISN’T that they’re over-eating! (Just because you’re not skinny doesn’t mean you over-eat. Know your body before complaining that a pill doesn’t work for you)
