Although the description stated it doesn’t usually help people over age 60, I found an immediate improvement in my muscle recovery. I do weight training and cardio as well as play tennis and was feeling muscle fatigue that woke me up at night. I took a loading dose for a week and then am on a maintenance dose daily with great results.

Awesome product.,
I got these for my husband, not for body building, but to help him put on and keep on weight. He loves the convenience of capsule form, because there is no mixing. He likes that you can also mix into a protein shake by emptying the capsules into your shaker.
