Loved these foods for muscle building,
eating right, and not just for losing belly fat.
First, it’s not a “diet” book so don’t think you’ll be going on some type of
crash starvation diet for weight loss.
The foods mentioned are all natural and most are readily available at your
local market.
The chapters that intrigued me were the ones about boosting my energy level
and the section outlining the value (or lack of it) of supplements and diet
pills. This is nutritional information I can really use!
So, if you are interested in learning more about muscle building foods for
nutrition and health this book is a read!
