Works Well,
Now this is some decent tasting protein! If anything its too sweet which is different from my usual complaint about protein shakes. Usually they taste like chalk or nothing at all. This one doesn’t have that problem. I am in my bulk up face but at the same time am trying to minimize the amount of fat I gain in the process. Muscle Pharm has always been good with keeping the fat and sugar to a minimum. I’ve mixing Citrulline Malate in my pre-workout shake for the last month. If you’ve ever taken any kind of Nitric Oxide Booster, this stuff will put them to shame -(Primaforce Citrulline Malate 200 Grams + FREE Beta Alanine 250 Grams Powder).
One thing to be aware of if you plan on mixing this stuff in a shaker, it won’t fully mix. It tastes good but you need a blender unless you want to be swallowing bits of grainy powder. But that is the case for most proteins so I won’t dock any points for that.

A++,
I have tried many(!) protein powders , and this one ranks up near top. You will see mixed reviews on mixing. Mixing by pouring water very quickly in is hit or miss, but by slowing down water pouring rate, it mixes great. The bits of chocolate obviously would never be expected to ‘dissolve’ like the powder does, but can be downed at end if settled (doubtful of any nutritional content). Obviously a perfect low calorie/sugar choice. Cookies and Cream has good flavor. Is rated very high by others. Definitely ‘up there’. Taste choices vary by individual. Definitely sweet enough and without any negative flavor. As with protein in general, not gonna taste like Wendy’a frosty no matter what. But with its contents, it tastes GREAT! Curious to try other flavors.

Pretty good,
I think the plan chocolate would be better. I think I prefer BSN syntha 6! But this does taste pretty good (cookies n cream).
I might try one more flavor from Muscle Pharm and if it isn’t that great I’ll switch back to syntha 6
