Important resource for dieters,
I was a bit surprised to learn the many ways that diets harm the body and how long it takes to recover from a stringent diet. This book references so healthy and inexpensive natural nutritional supplements that helps the body recover from a diet, from sunshine to water, that I feel it is a necessary guide to anyone embarking on a diet. And read it to the end. The last is the best and most important. I don’t want to be a spoiler and give it away. Why 4 stars instead of 5? That’s just me and not a reflection on the quality of the book. I was aware of some of that material in the first few pages so the new material started further in for me. But that’s just me, not a reason to pass over this valuable book.

Great information. I never knew the cause of cellulite as was explained in this book. I already follow alot of the information in this book but I learned about some new natural supplements I have never heard of.

Some surprises here!,
Even if you read a lot of health and wellness books, you’re going to discover
some surprising benefits from natural supplements, beyond the promised one in
the title. There’s info here about supplements that can boost your immunity
following surgery, help curb a desire for alcohol, and even increase your
tolerance to sun exposure, protecting from UV damage.
This book also has a good section on supplements that help with athletic strength
and endurance, and what to take for post-workout recovery and reduce the muscle
soreness and fatigue. A very useful book, and not ‘just’ for people trying to
control their weight!
