The pill size is normal for fish oil, they go down easily. If kept in warm climate, the pills tend to stick to each other. To avoid this you should store the bottle within a cool temperature.
The EPA amount is 360mg and the DHA amount is 240mg. I think this a pretty good amount for everyday use (not an expert).
If you want more you can try, Viva Labs Krill Oil (Formerly Everest Nutrition): 100% Pure Cold Pressed Antarctic Krill Oil – Highest Levels of Omega-3s in the Industry, 1250mg/serving, 60 Capliques. It’s super potent, more readily absorbed, but also super pricey.
My two cents is, you should probably stick with this if you’re already eating healthily. You’re Omega-3 levels are probably in a good ratio between your Omega-6’s. Krill oil might be overkill and won’t provide you the health benefits a balanced diet will.
