Definitely suppresses appetite,
This supplement definitely suppresses your appetite. It seems to be effective for about 6+ hours. The jury is still out on weight loss. I will post an update on progress in a few weeks.

simply put they work!!!!!! i have been taking them for 2 day now i notice my snacking has gone from next to nonethe pills cut it out

Suppressant actually works!,
I have been taking raspberry ketones for several months, a different brand. When these arrived I set the other bottle aside and gave these a try. Wow, it is impressive it actually curbs my appetite. I had a routine doctor appointment just yesterday and my blood pressure was normal 120/70. I will continue taking these.
