It’s Dried Egg Whites and Nothing Else,
This is in response to the people giving negative reviews and complaining about the taste etc. This is not a “protein powder” product. It’s dried egg whites and nothing else. Unfortunately, the product description fails to explicitly state this. No flavoring. No sweetener. Nothing to make it blend. Adding just this to liquid will not make a tasty drink. I use it as a supplement in smoothies and it works perfectly for that.

Egg white protein to supplement elderly’s diet,
My mother has increasingly less ability to consume/swallow liquids. Adding this pure egg white product to her nutritional supplements helps provide better nutrition for her. There are absolutely no additives or preservatives listed in the contents.
