I bought this as an alternative to the Gold Standard Optimum Whey that has artificial sweeteners. I use both, but take them at different times. The Oats and Whey is very good. Optimum makes the best whey protein, hands down. It tastes good, mixes well and has plenty of protein per serving. There is a slight grittiness when drinking, but its insignificant. Shipping was very fast. I will continue to buy this. I just wish I could find it in a 5 lb. container.

Taste is phenomenal, and with 24 grams of protein per scoop, you are not missing out on a great protein hit. I take two scoops before and after a workout. No artificial BS to worry about, and with the naturally low calorie content, it’s essentially guilt free!
