I heavily rely on protein drinks to supplement my intake. I really like Gold Standard. I use a mixer bottle to mix 2 scoops. It’s a clean mix every time and doesn’t really clunk up which I like. The taste is great and it doesn’t add unnecessary calories to increase the flavor which is really nice.

This is a definite recommendation.

I read a study in consumer reports and this was the second most pure stuff (least heavy metals and other contaminants), coming in right behind it’s big brother HydroWhey. This is safe and good quality. Tastes okay with water, excellent with milk.
