HMB is a great supplement, only thing that has stopped me taking it in the past is that you usually need pretty high dosages for it to work. I wanted to try it finally and optimum has the best price and their other products have always been of good quality. I am taking 5 grams daily, which is 5 pills per day. This is the way to get results, do your research and you’ll realize you’re looking at less than a 30 day supply. Not a problem because I the gains I made it worth every penny. I will probably do another cycle in a couple months and continue to do so. Another supplement that I took with this one and I’m still taking cause I haven’t ran out yet is Tribulus Terrestris 90% Bulk Powder 25 Grams + FREE Primaforce D-Aspartic Acid 100 Grams. Do your research on this one too but combining trib and DAA is a powerful combo for increasing testosterone and as a result a lot more muscle. nothing bad to say about any of these supplements, looking to increase weight by 20 pounds over the next six months and want to maximize the amount of muscle that is, and minimize the fat…these kinds of supplements are the best thing for that, hands down.

Helping get me back on track,
I have been taking this with tribulus and DAA, and then ZMA at night. I have definitely felt the positive effects, particularly in terms of getting less muscle pain the day after training andbeing able to lift harder and longer than I’m used to. I noticed this after a couple of weeks, so it did not hit me right away. I was out of the gym for about 4 months and by using this product, I’ve been able to get myself back strength-wise, that I was at before the break, within about 6 weeks. And now I am actually surpassing where I previously was thanks to these supplements. With no planned breaks, I’m looking forward to seeing how much further these products will help me advance in my training.
