Your classic dependable multi-vitamin,
I love the fact that they are capsules as opposed to tablets, I have a terrible gag reflex and there are very few pills I can get down without having my daughter look at me like I’m crazy, this is one of those pills! The label clearly details the ingredients, nothing special but everything a relatively healthy middle age female requires in terms of vitamins and minerals. I’ve been trying to lose weight and when you don’t have to proper balance of nutrients in your system, things can become quite difficult. The only other supplement I take, if you even call vitamins supplements, are the CLA and ketone products Dr. Oz spoke about on his show –Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder. For all the ladies losing weight out there, they’ve actually been working for me (i.e. appetite control and energy). If Optimum would consider adding some CLA and raspberry ketones into their vitamin (or really any natural appetite suppressant that actually works) I would buy them by the box!

Not good if you are on BIRTH CONTROL PILLS.,
I just want to warn any woman that is considering taking these. Firstly, I will say that this is a great daily supplement and I felt great using them to supplement my healthy and active lifestyle.
HOWEVER, be warned that the herbs Chasteberry and Dong Quai found in this multivitam can interfere with BIRTH CONTROL PILLS. Just do a google search and you can research this for yourself. I just wanted to put this out there to help prevent any unexpected consequences as this is something I did not know when I initially started using this.
