In my opinion these are the best tasting pure protein bar. I wanted to find a decent tasting protein bar with the fewest amount of carbs and at least 18g of protein. This bar is perfect with net carbs of 12g. 16 – 1g fiber – 3g sugar alcohol = 12g net.
I have a 4 hour class at night and this bar is a perfect meal replacement. I get hungry every 3 hours and this thing will keep me full until my next meal.

The best flavor Pure Protein Peanut butter,
I have ordered almost all the flavors of the Pure protien bars and find the Chocolate Peanut Butter to be the best flavor for me. 20 grams of protien per bar 180 calories and 3 grams sugar not to bad for this kind of protien bar. They do recomend that you drink a full glass of water while or after consuming the bar. Very filling. I see as of late Amazon has not been carying this flavor I hope they do not discontinue.

Tasty, Filling, Gassy.,
These bars taste pretty good considering they are a protein bar. I tried almost all the flavors and they all taste good except the smores flavor. They are very dense and dry so have a drink with them. I give these a two stars b/c they cause me to be so gassy. It is due to the alcohol sugar. Says so right on the label, may cause you to have stomach discomfort and gas. I stopped eating these for a week just to be sure these were the culprit, and sure enough, after eating one bar my gas was back.
