I first heard about Garcinia Cambogia on Dr. Oz. I’m not his biggest fan, but he does tend to share good information, so I decided to buy Garcinia Cambogia the very day I saw the show. But since he doesn’t endorse any single product, I found it hard to actually pick a Garcinia product that I could trust to actually give me the real extract without any side effects. If you read closely, this Reduxa brand has NO CAFFEINE which is fantastic. (Other brands with caffeine will give you headaches as soon as you stop taking them.) If I miss a day of taking GC, I don’t feel different, hungrier yes, but definitely not sick. All you need to do is take this product by itself and before you eat. I’ve been slowly and steadily losing weight because I really don’t feel as hungry, in fact, I don’t even think about food when I take this supplement.
