    One of the things I decided to do when I started working out was to run. I got my running shoes, the clothes and all. When I started to run I felt pain on my chest, and my shins. The later often made me stop. I thought running was as simple as just run until you are out of breath or get to your goal. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Get this book and learn about the safety procedures, how to avoid injuries and many more important things that I didn’t even think could happened when I started running. This is a must read in my list.
