I guess it worked well.,
I wasn’t able to really measure its effectiveness because I started taking it when I started weight training. Some good things I did notice was that you can take a lot less capsules than the creatine monohydrate because creatine ethyl ester requires less dosage to get the same effect as the monohydrate. Another thing I noticed was that there was no bloating like it supposedly happens with creatine monohydrate.

Worked great for me. NO capsules were stuck together in the 3 bottles I purchased. I didn’t use them the way I should have, but I noticed a lot less bloat than when I used monohydrate.

Great creatine EE, amazing price,
I have been using the SNI creatine EE for nearly a week now (arrived last week, a day earlier than guaranteed) and it seems very clean and effective. The first day I dosed based on the label recommendation, but found that this was a bit too much for my system (all the extra water being pulled into my bowel gave me diarrhea, but no abdominal discomfort at all); the second and subsequent days I reduced my intake to 2 capsules (1400mg CEE) before and after my workout – this worked perfectly. With the extremely high absorption rate of CEE you don’t need nearly as much as creatine monohydrate, so 2800mg daily is plenty. My gains have been quite satisfactory in both strength and size. I will definitely be ordering more of this to stock my supplement cabinet.
