    Richard Jarvis’ Top 5 Weight Loss Supplement Explained really helped me to understand the top 5 supplements a lot more in depth.

    My favorite new supplement that I will add to my list to take on a daily basis is the African Mango Supplement. I now know that it will help not only with weight loss, but help with my digestion of food, which a big problem for myself due to other health issues. I definitely recommend grabbing a copy and reading this. It’s a great ebook!

    You know, we have all read books with title variations of “How to lose 10 pounds in 1 week!” or “Lose weight by the weekend!” And of course those books are basically lying in the title. This book is different. This book contains solid advice about supplements that are backed up by scientific evidence. The supplements are derived from nature/foods, so they have very few side effects, it seems that the worst side effect of them seems to be mild sleepless-ness or anxiety due to the caffeine content in some of these supplements. But hey, I would rather have a little trouble getting to sleep rather than the gallstones that I developed after taking a chemical-based weight-loss medication.

    This book is very well-written, clear and concise and easy to read in one sitting. It will be great to keep as a reference, I personally plan on trying out a few of the different supplements at different times to see what is right for me. The editing on this book is great, I am definitely pleased with my purchase.
