One never knows what food supplements actually contain, so my review was going to confine itself to taste and ease of mixing. I found the taste to be perfectly acceptable, especially with milk, but I just couldn’t get the stuff to mix. I tried it in water, I tried it in milk, and I tried it in coffee, but I could never get a satisfactory blend (I even tried eating it with a spoon–DO NOT DO THAT!). Fortunately, I finally thought of trying a shaker, and my problems vanished. I had hesitated to use a shaker because I’m lazy, and that was going to be one more thing to wash, but it was worth it. It so happens that my shaker is battery operated, but even though it didn’t function, I had no problem in blending the powder. Just a few shakes and it was done. I’ll buy this product again.

Great Product Great Price,
I have gone through many different protein whey products along with isolates. Generally I shoot for around fifty cents an ounce or so. I saw this product at just around 30 cents. So I pulled the trigger. Some complain about it being sticky or having a unique texture, however I have not seen either of these. It’s important to know how to use whey and how to prepare it before you complain about it being sticky. I recommend having a shake bottle. First put it your liquid THEN your powder. It’s very important to clean out your bottle the second you are done. This is a fantastic product and one of the best wheys bang for buck. Totally recommend it. I’ve been using it post runs.
