Great low profile, form fitting, quick drying workout gloves. They do not have a lot of padding. So if that is something you are looking for, these are not for you. They protect you hands from friction, rough surfaces, and the elements. Used them for a Tough Mudder and Mountain Biking so far. No problems yet.

These glove are awful for weight training, May 20, 2014

I am a an avid weigh trainer and have always been a fan of harbinger gloves (as my last pair were my favorites and lasted about 2 years) I foolishly ordered these and after about 2 minutes realized my mistake. There is literally zero padding in these gloves, which renders them useless. Additionally there is no adjustable velcro wrist wrap, so you can not tighten the gloves at all These may be suitable for doing Tough Mudder type comps as some have listed, but as a daily gym glove, it is not at all worth buying

Used them for a spartan race, they held up well and gave me a bit of help on the rope climb, rope pull and monkey bars. When compare to the Progrip with the fingers cut off: Pros-Under armor was lighter, held zero water and was a non-factor when running. Cons-Under Armor didn’t protect palms as well especially on the barb wire crawl, was not as warm (we had 50 degree temps and rain).
