I loooove these pills. I tried them after gaining some weight back after my intial 40 pound loss. I worked out 3 days a week at the gym in combination with jogging. I didn’t do much dieting and these pills still dropped the weight like butter. In 2 weeks I was back to where I started. I only gained back 12 pounds, but these pills worked wonders with no jittery side effects or scares to them. I would only take 2 a day and would not exceed, because I didn’t feel it was needed to take 3 a day like recommended for me. I also take two a day when I know I not be sticking to my diet to prevent the weight from coming on since I am a binge eater and my weight juggles within days. I just ran out of this and would be glad to purchase more. If you are looking to lose weight try these.

Works great for me. 41 yo male. Lost 34lbs taking 1 twice a day 1/2 hour b4 lunch and early dinner. I only drink 1 6oz coffee in the morning. No other caffeine, soda, or alcohol in my diet. I am disabled so I don’t work out. Depression after my accident caused a lot of poor diet choices including gummy candies. Now I get my sugar fix from gummy suppliments and peanut butter. Peanut butter has a lot of protein and keeps me feel in full. My weight loss has been gradual over last 3 months. So far I’ve used one and a half 120 count Xenadrin. Along with Xenadrin I average 2 liters of water a day. The water is important to keep hydrated while on any suppliment. In addition to the sugar and excess granola cereals I was over eating to “please” my mind. Now with smaller, aka normal portions, and more fluids, I’ve retrained my body to feel full with about half what I used to eat. Any more than normal portions make me bloated and uncomfortable. These pills were my last resort. I was at 210 before I started eating better. However, because of my injuries I couldn’t exercise to shed the pounds. The weight loss stopped at 180. I imagine if I starved mysef the weight would have come off. But then once one starts eating again the body stores the fat thinking you are going to starve yourself again. So the only way to retrain your fat cells is to slowly deplete them of the stored energy (fat). That’s when I started the looking to suppliments to aid my weight loss to a healthier 140 pounds. Don’t buy any suppliments expecting miracles. If you want to lose a ton of weight fast only to gain it back after a few weeks once you quit taking suppliments, go ahead. Just remember the weight will come back unless you figure out what caused the weight gain, change things, then taper off the suppliments while being more active to keep your metabolism going. Additionally, if you crash diet, your body, especially the heart takes a lot of strain. Be sure to ease onto the full dose and ease off of the suppliments. This product is the bomb. The first two days I felt a little jittery but after that just a really natural feeling energy. It has helped increase my mood and libido AND I have seen great results with weight loss. I have been taking this for a week and a half now and really am excited with the results. I weighed myself on Wednesday morning and was 128, Sunday morning weighed in at 122. I usually fluctuate about 2 pounds a day from water weight and bloat but 6 pounds is definitely more than just bloat. Most importantly I feel thinner and more confidant. Sweating for the wedding!
